EXUP Worldwide was born from the ashes of the original EXUP Brotherhood – the definitive forum for all those who have interest in Yamaha FZ, FZR, and YZF motorcycles.
Obviously not looking to produce it that way, at least I hope not for their sakes, unless of course they are selling mainly in Dubai. It does kinda cool though, leave all the crome home though, give it some real body work and I want to know what's powering it along with the rest of the specs. Looks like a parallel twin but, can't really see much. I like the pipe comin' out the arse end though

Yes Yes I know, I said, I'm building a project YZF1070
Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin
Actually, after looking at the front of it again, Imagine the colours in dark brown, give the blue lights up front a bit of red tinge, and Veoule,
We have our first Star Wars, JAWA bike.

you guys do realize that it's a stylized version of the dakar rally logo and corporate id, don't ya? this just looks like a promo/concept bike to me...
Yeah obviously it's just an idea that they want to know if it is worth funding
the research and development for. I say, GO FOR IT!
Adventure touring NEEDS a lighter, less bulky, cheaper
competitor to the R12GS. (Although if they put all those features on, it'll
be none of those things).
I wonder if a TDM900 motor can be jammed into the current 660 Tenere?

I realize it's the Dakar Rally logo (actually kind of creative for a promo bike) but the real Super Tenere is more likely to look like one of the following photos. The promo bike would probably make more sense if it was displayed with an actual concept bike.
Since KTM has withdrawn from the Dakar Rally maybe Yamaha is thinking of stepping in to fill the void.
i wouldn't mind having a bike like that to tear around on in all sorts of weather and riding conditions. something i could beat and not care if it doesn't look pretty.
