Carb adjusting help, electrical jumper???? pleae look here
Hey guys, Im following that walk through sorta on adjusting the carbs before syncing them, I set all the carbs at 2 1/2 , and then put the air box on, and am feeding it gas via a gravity fed 2 liter bottle with gas in it, through the stock line, all exhaust pipes are hot except the 4th one, the one where the hose connects to the gas tank, I stuck something in the hole there to keep the pressure cause if you dont it just shuts off .....am i doing something wrong, it wont idle below 1000 at all, and Im thinking maybe its because i cant fugure out what to do with that electrical plug that attaches to the gas tank....It says to use a jumper but there are three terminals in there, which do you jumper>>>>??? any help would be gratly apprieciated..i wanna get this done so i can synce the carbs next

Normally, what I do is use the stock tank. I hook everything up and turn th etank around backwards and set it on the seat. Might be a little awkward, but that's how "I" do it.
