Hi Yoniboi, I've always used NGK plug caps with no problems at all. I prefer copper wired leads, they do not break down internally as easily as the more modern stuff tends to.. MsHap, this is bugging me now... Seems the sworn to secrecy would be to cover "embarresment" at a "silly" mistake. - Right ...

OK, last go, not the dreaded, 1 /4 and 2 /3 plug cap reversal..
Thats the usual coil "problem",
though just for a change, 1 / 2 and 3 / 4 can give interesting results..

Of course, following the manuel you'd removed the fuses first.
And being no ignition key / light, you hadn't noticed you hadn't replaced them...
:right - ;)
No wonder no tell us.. :Rolling

Nope not read the manuel recently - piccies are not pretty enough for me.. I had a dead set if indicators recently, Yamaha have a habit of crimping wires together in the wireing loom, (in this case where the hazards feed had been spliced in) if water gets in the unprotected connection corrodes then ...

Hi All, My 2 penneth... Some years ago while "resting" in hospital, C visited me. The conversation got round to steering (above walking speeds) of motorcycles. I stated if you turn the bars slightly to the right, bike turns left. I've been riding years C stated, that does not happen. Yes it does, sa...

Hi All,
what's that big metal structure under the Honda's seat...
Frame, looks too big, collector box, too far from exhausts, surely.
(too hot a seat as well, presumably...)
Anyone know..

Hi All,
Fantastic images djalbin, your right about the tail ends being "missing" as well.
It would seem silencers are a thing of the past as well, including exhaust pipes...

Hi Don,
Spot on, I thought it was a really good example of a rider not "seeing"
when to overtake..unlike C's Part 2 above.
He, caused his own downfall by letting the rider infront get in his way,
rather than seeing a way around him.

In C @ Croft Part 1, I went on, and on, and on, about cold tyres...

Hi All, I'm definately in the "he deserved it" camp. As Mladin said, (about Hayden) "He’s worked for it his whole life. He put a good solid year together and won the Championship and now he can build on that." Don hits the nail on the head, with, "Leave it to Matt Mladin to say what's on his mind. H...

Hi All, and now here's Part 2... C @ Croft Part 2 (Maintain your rythm.) [/color] Some years ago I read Keith Code's book "A Twist of the Wrist", in that reguarding overtaking, Kenny Roberts described how he really did not see other riders. It was more akin to , seeing through them. I think you may ...

Hi All, I'm happy Hayden won. He did well, and in the end proved many doubters wrong. Good on him. Being a bit of a cynic though, it seemed strange that Rossi got a duff front tyre a couple of rounds before the end of the championship. I watched the last round and could not help thinking, " Is that ...
