Hagon or Öhlins fork springs?

Post by Yoniboi »

The Öhlins are 125€ and the Hagon 82€
The Öhlins are constant rate and the Hagon progressive.

Given that the EXUP is going to be principally ridden with a passenger from now on which would be the better bet?

Anyone got experience of either of these??

RWU '90 Fork by the way :)

I'd do the progressive springs hands down my friend.

I had progressives in my XJ750 and they were beautiful.
I had ohlins constant rates in my 92FZR1000 before I sold the front end, nice, but harsh, divine for track use though. Our roads are complete shit though so..... Also to their defence, I hadn't really played with whatever adjustments the forks had, sorry can't remember.

Yes Yes I know, I said, I'm building a project YZF1070

Basement is done now, 850 finished and gone...
Gotta get the new siding up on the house.
Fixing the FZ1 up, cleaning up garage and then I might even begin
