From what I've read, one of your fairings.

Fairings are over-rated anyway. Hence why they have been removed from the TDM and R1.

Over rated ? One thing I love about the FZR is the fairing. I look at my friends who ride Kawi 600's and Honda CBR's and shake my heads at thier pathetic little windscreens. They're fine for fair weather riding if you don't mind the wind noise but for riding in rain and other inclement weather (read COLD !) I'll take a fairing any day of the week. The one on the FZR only omits one thing and that's to protect the hands. Otherwise it's perfect.
