The bike was so pissed it came back to hit the van. Hope dude is ok....

Looks to me like he changed lanes and was braking. Looks like he was going to pull off the road and stop. Check your mirrors and don't make quick slow-downs in front of cagers

The Cager was more than likely rubber-necking it too and didn't see the bike slowing or changing lanes...
