nice lid jim! i really wanted to get a suomy but found the helmet's shape didn't work well with my mis-shapen head. i have a kbc vr-1 that fits well, but it lifts a bit at speed and puts just a smidgen too much pressure on the forehead. i may switch to an arai astral as i found it has a slightly better shape than the kbc.

Yea...I have two KBC VR1's. I thought they were a pretty decent helmet

just being vigilant about this...but if it's Snell rated, its dangerous for yer head...find a EU rating...or at the very least don't get fiberglass shell's, the plastic ones let about 30g's less to your head in impact studies

I totally agree...My new Suomy is EU rated and not Snell
