Does anyone have the instruction booklet that Akrapovic used to give out with re-seleeve and re-pack kits? This booklet used to give specific drill bit sizes and also a few other relevant technical bits of information.
I used to have it, but it looks to have been recycled...

They're great aren't they! I've got a 10 litre one. Interesting comment about your washing fluid. I spray the parts with SDoc and leave to soak for a while then add in a capful of heavy aluminium engine degreaser, and then leave them to do the business for 20 minute runs at about 50 to 60 deg C. This update certainly looks very good; it's a lot cleaner and clearer and precise.
